These terms govern access to the public website operated by Outer Syntax LLC. They do not govern use of the Outer Syntax product or replace a customer, partner, employment, confidentiality, or other signed agreement.
Permitted use
You may view and use this website for lawful business evaluation, informational, recruiting, and communication purposes. You may not interfere with the site, test it for vulnerabilities without written authorization, bypass access or rate controls, submit malicious code, misrepresent your identity, or use the site in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
Submissions
You are responsible for information you submit. Do not send passwords, secrets, customer data, regulated data, or material you do not have authority to disclose. Sending an architecture-review request, email, or application does not create a customer, advisory, employment, fiduciary, or confidential relationship. Outer Syntax handles website information as described in the privacy notice.
Website content
Website content is provided for general information and product evaluation. Product development continues, and public product views may use example workspace data. Content may change without notice. Nothing on this site is legal, compliance, security, financial, or other professional advice.

The website, branding, text, product views, graphics, and other materials are owned by Outer Syntax or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from them without written permission. Outer Syntax names, logos, and marks may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation.

The site may link to external services. Outer Syntax does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link does not by itself imply endorsement.
