Information we receive

We receive information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, organization, architecture stage, architecture goals, and consent when you request an architecture review. If you contact us by email, we receive the message and contact details you provide. General-interest applicants may send a resume and related application information by email.

Our hosting and security systems also process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request time, requested path, response status, user agent, and network address. The architecture-review endpoint uses network information to enforce abuse and rate limits.

How we use architecture-review information

We use architecture-review submissions to evaluate the request, respond to the sender, understand the systems and control gaps described, protect the submission service, and maintain operational records. Do not submit passwords, secrets, customer data, or other confidential material through the public form.

Recruiting information

We use application information to evaluate current or future employment opportunities and contact applicants about recruiting. General-interest application materials are deleted within 90 days of receipt unless applicable law requires longer retention. Applicants should not include government identification numbers, financial or health information, passwords, background-check records, or confidential information belonging to another organization.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell information submitted through this website. We disclose it to personnel who need it for the purposes above and to service providers that support website hosting, security, form delivery, and email. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of our services.

Retention and security

Except for the 90-day recruiting period stated above, retention depends on the purpose and operational or legal need. We keep website information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, operate and secure the service, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of architecture-review and general website correspondence by emailing sales@outersyntax.com. Applicants can contact careers@outersyntax.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when required or permitted by law.
